The vacation year at RVing with Ease is broken up into two seasons – Shoulder and Peak. To have your pick of dates and RV models, we recommend booking 9 - 12 months in advance as some popular dates sell out a year in advance. Remember, we will hold a RV reservation for up to 10 days without obligation!
Reservation Deposit
All we require is a deposit of $250 to secure your reservation. Your deposit is required 10 days after making your reservation. Your deposit becomes the security deposit at time of rental. Your deposit can be paid by cheque if it is received 14 business days before rental otherwise, money order, certified cheque or cash is required.
Payment Of Rental
Option (A). Full payment of all fees and taxes 30 days prior to rental start date and receive a 5% discount off of daily unit rental rate. May be paid with cheque, money order or cash.
Option (B). Full payment of all fees and taxes are due at time of rental delivery. Payment must be certified cheque, money order or cash.
Security Deposit
This deposit will be applied to any outstanding charges including lost or damaged items, late returns, excessively unclean units, or damage resulting from negligent activity in the RV.
Minimum Rental
During peak season 3 nights is the minimum rental period. During shoulder season 2 night rentals are available at peak season rate.
Cancellations
If you cancel 30 days prior to rental date, a $25 administration fee will be deducted from your reservation deposit in shoulder season, and $50.00 during peak season.
Up to 14 days of rental $125 of reservation deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of rental date, you forfeit entire deposit.
No-shows forfeit all monies received.
Preparation Charge
The preparation fee of $87.00 covers pre-delivery detailed cleaning, supply of fresh linens, usage of first tank of propane, BBQ propane tank, 4 rolls of toilet paper and all other consumable supplies provided, holding tank chemicals and potable water fill.
Delivery Expense
A $98.00 hookup/setup fee is charged per rental. This covers delivery, set up, pick up and orientation. If location of delivery is located outside our 15km zone a mileage fee of a $1.95/km and applicable fuel charge, if one, will also apply.
Gravel Road Surcharge
Gravel Road Charge of $5.00 per km charged each way on off pavement deliveries
Fuel Surcharge
No fuel surcharge applies as of October 13, 2011.
Smoking
There will be ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in any of our rental units. Failure to comply will result in immediate forfeit of your entire $250 Security Deposit.
Pets
Absolutely NO pets allowed in your RV. You will automatically forfeit your $250 security deposit if a pet has been in the unit. At this time we do not have pet friendly units available but this may change in the future.
Included Features
Bedding, kitchen and bath necessities, TV/DVD upon request , BBQ, outdoor mat and a pair of folding chairs are included. Airport/Ferry shuttle service within 15 km, max five people.
Additional Expenses
Most of your costs are included within your daily rental rate. Except the following: Emptying of holding tanks if "dry camping".$35 per pump-out
Additional battery while "dry camping" for 4 days or longer. $20 per rental
Extra people package for parties over five is $25 per person per week minimum $25
Use of 2nd bottle of propane. $30 fill charge.

Check In/Check Out
Check-In is between 1 and 6 pm
Check-Out is 10am
Unauthorized late check-out $25 per/hour minimum 1 hour
If available - Planned late-check-out $25 per 4 hour period
**Pre approval from campground is your responsibility.
Awning
The use of awnings is the sole responsibility of the renter. Should you not wish to be responsible, please leave the awnings retracted in the upright position.
There is ZERO tolerance for damaged awnings. If the awning becomes damaged during your stay you will pay for the repair. After each unit is picked up and before it is delivered to you all awnings are checked and inspected by our drivers and our Technical Service Adviser. Repairs are executed when damage is found. This ensures that each awning on every trailer is in perfect working order and damage free upon delivery. It also enables us to bill the damage to the responsible renter.
If you choose to use the awning
Please use awnings safely and carefully. Be sure to lower one side slightly during heavy rain to allow drainage, and retract awning during any windstorms to prevent damage. Ensure that awnings are raised high enough so that the entry doors do not rub, or tearing can occur. Full instructions will be supplied with the trailer
  • Never leave the awning un-attended.
  • Never leave the awning out while in bed.
  • Do not hang anything on the awning arms.
  • Do not allow children to hang off the awning arms.
  • Never, Never leave awnings out in the wind.

  • Should damage occur (i.e. improper use of awnings, etc.), do not have repairs done without first notifying the Rental Company. Repairs that are unauthorized and poorly done may be rejected and have to be done over again at extra cost to the customer.
